Junkrat is an explosives - obsessed freak who is out to cause chaos and destruction. After the denotation of Outback, it was turned into a ruined, irradiated wasteland. But some people who called themselves "Junkers" survived, forming a lawless society. Junkrat was one of them , those who were exposed to heavy radiation.
